The double-glazed flat sealed glass units incorporate a fully welded aluminium frame and sill detail. Unit comprises of glass, outer 6mm toughened, cavity 24mm argon, inner 8.4 laminated.
Curbs are designed to be used in conjunction with Vent GL smoke vents to provide a thermally broken interface which in turn helps to improve the overall thermal efficiency of the roof. Curbs are available in PVC; they represent excellent value for money, enhance the overall appearance of the rooflight and are pre-finished white internally, therefore requiring no further decoration.
Sertus Smoke Vent GL modular smoke vent are opened and closed hidden dual 24V actuators. They may also be operated to provide natural ventilation and roof access and maintenance. It may be necessary to connect the system to the control panel with the wind or rain sensors.
