Richard's responsible for making sure our client's projects stack up financially whilst remaining compliant. He's also got an unstoppable flow of ideas which means our R&D team are now old and grey.

Steve's been tinkering since childhood and nothing's changed. I'm forbidden from talking about his Cibie Oscars so I've commissioned further research into his other engineering exploits. Anyhow, rest assured, Steve's more than qualified for his role of ensuring our products, systems and certification are the best they possibly can be.

At heart, Ben is a builder - he can walk the walk, talk the talk which makes our clients feel very much at home. When he's not poring over accounts he can often be found tinkering on the production line, experimenting with a new contraption he's made.

Daryl's responsible for creating many happy customers over the years due to his role in operations management, and there's no sign of that stopping any time soon 👊

Brad fosters key relationships with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure Sertus products are specified early in project planning. When he’s not driving industry growth, he’s cheering on Arsenal or collecting Magic: The Gathering cards.

As our resident artist, if it looks good, it will have been past Katy's desk. Katy's in charge of all graphic design output and also looks after Sertus' overall branding 🎨

It's Hilary with one 'l' and don't you forget it - she can smell a spelling error from over a mile away. Hilary is also the one who keeps us all organised and pays the bills, so it's definitely worth spelling it right.

Mandy's a lovely person but she's well worth paying on time. You don't want that smile to disappear. If you need to make up to her, she's well into gardening so I'd suggest some plants or seeds.

As a Production Operative, Russell's main duty is to construct every type of unit Sertus sell. His primary focus used to be building just Pods & Dampers, but it's now a lot more than that!

Darren works closely with Russell in the warehouse to make sure our products are assembled & out the door efficiently 🚀

Living locally to our HQ in Cranleigh, Surrey, Michael – affectionately known as “Jack Daniels” by the team – builds our products and ensures they are packed and dispatched efficiently.

Aron is a crucial cog in the Sertus machine. His responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: system designing, system and product estimating and drawing schematics. Away from his desk, the chances are Aron will be at the beach or working on a side project! 😎

Franz works very closely with our Senior Technical Estimating Engineer, Aron, to make sure many elements are running smoothly, such as system designs & schematic drawings. With a degree in mechanical engineering, we knew Franz would smash it at Sertus! 🤝
