Façade Louvre Blade – Residential (FLB-R)

Façade Louvre Blade – Residential (FLB-R) units are very similar to the roof version (RLB-R); the only difference is that wind deflectors are not required.

FLB-R units are occasionally used for lower-cost solutions to replacing Permanently Open Vents (POVs) but are largely reserved for commercial applications, such as warehouses, basement car parks and atria, where they can be used for both inlet and outlet vents.

They have been designed with the requirements of airtightness and thermal insulation in mind and as such will meet the high thermal performance requirements of modern buildings. The units are available with 24V DC electric actuation and are watertight when closed.

Manufactured bespoke to requirements, they can be designed to suit individual building requirements with sizes ranging up to 2400(W) x 3826(H). The FLB-R can be mounted with a wide range of adaptors or into masonry apertures. Mill finish or powder coated RAL finishes are available to suit your building design.
